The Department of Health's COVID-19 hotline is now available for Hawaii residents.

The hotline can answer questions such as:

  • What to do if a person tests positive

  • What to do if a person has been in close contact with someone who has tested positive

  • Who can get a booster shot

  • When to get tested for COVID-19 if exposed

  • When to isolate

Calls to the hotline will lead to an automated information system that answers common questions, which can also be found at the Department of Health's COVID-19 website. Callers can ask to be transferred to one of the hotline representatives if they need additional information or need to ask more detailed questions.
