State Capitol Visit: 5th Grade Students of Island School on Kaua'i
I was happy to meet the 5th grade students of Island School on Kaua'i, along with their parents and teachers, during their visit today at the State Capitol!
It was great to hear their concerns regarding food insecurity, traffic, and need for mental health services. Mahalo to Senate President Ronald Kouchi and Representative Luke Evslin for hosting the gathering.
